Company History
Celebrating 47 years in the trades, after a 4-year apprenticeship program and an additional 2 years under a master stonemason, Gladstone Stoneworks is an in-house masonry and stone company which includes a caulking and waterproofing division, as well as a structural concrete and CMU division. Specializing in stone and ornate brickwork, with a reputation of quality workmanship in both high-end housing and commercial markets.
With an experienced workforce of 35 employees, we pride ourselves on meeting project schedules while maintaining the highest quality standards. Our equipment and experience provide the means and methods for the most challenging projects. We have worked with world-renowned architects Allen Greenberg and Robert Orr.

Leadership & Industry Involvement
The company is led by owner Martin Faulborn. In 2025, he was named Business Partner of the Year by the New Jersey Council of County Vocational-Technical Schools in recognition of his contributions to workforce development.
Mr. Faulborn actively supports vocational education through the Somerset County Vocational-Technical School, providing mentorship, instruction, and support for carpentry programs and SkillsUSA competitions.
